1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meetly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This document is a placeholder written for demonstration purposes and is not legal advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

The service integrates with third-party tools such as calendars and video conferencing providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Meetly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
